"Christianity without the Holy Spirit..."

Truly "Christianity without the Holy Spirit is Hard work" You may want to know why i said that. Let's look at the life of Peter. It was Peter's desire to stand with Jesus during his trials. He emphatically told Jesus that "even if i have to die with you, I will never disown you." That was after Jesus had told him, he will disown him three times, but he refused, still standing on that. (Mark 14:27-31) Peter followed Jesus from a distance when Jesus was taken to the high priest, and all the chief priests, the elders and the teachers of the law (Mark 14:53:54). Though He had the will to stand for Jesus but he could not because he was weak - not really filled with the Holy Spirit. He thought he could do it by himself. Even Jesus again noticed that when he returned from praying, he told them "watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." (Mark 14:38). This is Faith Been Expressed in Love

When you truly believe in Jesus and you're so sure that He is the only one to help you. You will do anything to get His attention (Mark 2:1-5) The friends of the paralyzed man didn't let the multitude to stop them from getting Jesus' attention. They pressed the more. Since pressing could not help, they went up and made an opening at the roof. Their desperate faith brought about their actions of faith. Many of us today have stopped pressing further because of some hindrances we have faced - but this story should encourage you not to give up. The faith of these men is really commendable. One will ask, why did they pressed so much though it was not their problem directly - in a sense - but we see here faith been expressed in love. The pain of their beloved friend became their pain. His paralysis was their paralysis. Wow! See how much these men love - this is what we call "love in action." Can we still find friends like such men, who will...
